Meet Our Founder
Michelle Husserl is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained patisserie chef with nearly two decades of experience. After beginning her culinary career at 24, she opened an American-style bakery in London and went on to build several bakery concepts, including a high-end cupcakery at Harvey Nichols. Her work has included cakes and desserts for the British Royal Family and a range of luxury brands.
Born in New Jersey and now based in Red Bank, Michelle founded Bites to share her experience through hands-on baking classes, birthday parties, private events and creative food experiences for children and adults across Monmouth County.
